The Importance of Mindfulness Journaling After the Pandemic
I love that idea about evening journaling relaxing tea and relaxing music as in it's a nice ritual at the end of the day so you relax in yourself. I have to say I think since the pandemic we are seeing a lot more about self-care mindfulness journaling well-being. Since the pandemic a lot of us are using reflection in whatever form you want to call it but I think this is a huge thing since the pandemic did you just comment on your on your ideas on that vaccine?
