i'm just noticing that as one of the barriers to i actually moving more in our lives is that we've kind of turned movement into this one little sliver of experience. The solution that we've had has been exercise. And now i'm really trying to flush out this new oy, which is labor and and that'sa completely separate category. But like you said, the motivation there's like high jacking of movement, pulling out exercise is the main thing.
