How to Set a Low Bar for Motivation
In the Tiny Habits method, you have these three hacks coming together. You take any new habit you want and scale it back so it's super tiny. And then, to wire in the habit, this is part three: fire off a positive emotion. For example, I do a double fist pump and I go way to beach. Sometimes I'll do a single one and go awesome. There's a whole range of some people who are natural celebrators.
