Pickle Ball - I've Been Playing Pickleball for a Long Time, and I'm Not Resting Enough

i got heavy into pickle ball. It's like a shorter court than tennis, and most of it's played right up at the net with a whiffle ball. All you need is good reflexes. So i've been playing five, six times a week. But i think that there's diminishing returns for my body if I'm not resting enough. Baveblis: Is it more in your interest to do pickle ball three times a week?
