The 40% Rule

The effort is the nest is just absolutely necessary. You will not meet a V 17 climber that does not just put it all out there. People may think you were trying too hard, but if you don't feel so good at the end of the day, they're wrong. The one more tri thing I really hold dear in climbing is something kind of shows you who you are and what's fun. It means this at any grade for you to actually be able to achieve your goals.
