Is There a Bodily Assumption?

Historical details of the martyrdoms of the ostles vary in significant ways, but that doesn't mean they weren't martyred. All essentially agree god gave a special grace to mary to protect her body from decay. I actually couldn't find a tradition that says mary's body remained buried and decayed in the grave. It seems like all the traditions recognized mary in virtue of being the mother of god was protected from corruption.
