Why You Shouldn't Stop in a Training Run

Your mind will probably give up before you're by. Your body has a governor's mechanism I can get into the entire science of it, but we're not going to. Basically your body has a self protection mode when it reaches a level that it perceives as, you know, danger. So, physically you may be able to run through that. But again, if it is a sharp acute pain, if you're not feeling well if you really can't go on. Do not overrule them because you will be doing long term damage.
