resistance training is so important for women who are 40 and older, actually for all women. It's being interactive with your environment and not making it overcomplicated by having people go to the gym into that very masculine environment if they don't feel comfortable. We're seeing more data come out for women in their 70s, 80s doing circuits to increase resistance and increasingly mass.
