I'm currently putting together a team of behavioral change experts. I wanted to do this as a public experiment. The easy ones we target would be eating too much food, eating junk food and not meeting your bedtime. Once I got control there, that kind of discipline has been naturally extending everywhere else in my life. And so for me personally, it was food is a gateway for bad behavior for me. That was really where the dam was breaking.
