phosphorted al cyrine in some circumstances does seem to have an indirect benefit on sleep. The reason it's indirect is that it seems to be have a profile where it can lower the amount of quartesalt. 400 millograms has been shown to be more effective at reducing quartesal, although under specific circumstances, which is exercise related, qartesal increases. Another supplement, i think, together with another one called ashwagander, appears to also reduce levels of cartesal.
