The Relationship Between Technique and Pain
People who sometimes have technique issues are probably a little more laissez-faire about, you know, does this actually mean anything? They're like, well, sure, it's not the most efficient way to lift weights, but I'm not killing myself. That doesn't always hold, but it happens enough where you're like, maybe I question this relationship. And then again, just encouraging people that it's okay if your technique's not perfect yet.
