Rachael Schwartz (@rachaelschwartznutrition) is a certified nutrition coach and full time working mom… and still makes time to see her friends, do fun things and thrive through it all. Rachael has been through her own transformation journey to repair her relationship with food, shed unwanted weight, and ultimately feel her absolute best.
