Coaches often get locked into their philosophy, right? Narrow, narrow, narrow. And when we do that, it limits our ability to expand and fill those gaps. E i call it filling the gaps its. not difficult. We are sold on this foundation level of general arobic development. If you want to build an athlete to become a power athlete, well then the sequencing of events is going to be strength work in one way or another. It depends on what direction you want to go with an athlete.
