I think the most important thing anybody can do is have an honest idea of how much energy they're putting in their body, regardless of where that energy is coming from. If you want to eat more of a plant base diet, eat more ofa plant base diet. If you wants to eat more paleo, eat pile. Wont o, eat more. Kito keat it, whatever it is. I always say, i will always say, give it shot. Everybody needs different things. So what might be good for you may not be good for me hundred percent. Is that were there's so many different diets and fatme and fasting and paleo. And do you suggest
