Is Loneliness a Catastrophe?

Loneliness is a catastrophe across the board. And all sorts of problems flow from a deeply lonely society. If we can solve issues around community and bring back a greater sense of community out there, it actually solves a lot more than depression. We've been deprived of the natural environment that we evolved to live in,. It's making us feel awful. Moments of awe give people a relief from ego. In a feeling of a state of awe, you feel like the world is big, you are small, and you're part of great parts of life. meditation gives some help for people with psychodelic experience. But i had gone through some extreme stuff when i was a child as well
