When people try to think about goalsand where they're headed, they start to frame it in terms of maximum upside potential. In other words, how big can my idea get? That's a very hard number to estimate. So i instead focus on a different number, which is not what's the maximum ofsite potential, but rather, what's the minimum success criteria? And we time frame th with a three year horizon. Why three years? Because most products can hit product market fit in the first two years, can a giveor take some. We 're giving ourselves a little bit of time to achieve product market fit. Now, how how do you know what youare aiming for
