The key questions i have to ask myself initially is is it stiff or is there a bersal element or you know because otherwise unless they've got that traumatic history i expect to be able to change it. If no matter what i do at the shoulder i can't change it then my next question is actually is that being generated from somewhere else in the kinetic chain or somewhere other in the body um so but i think the the gymnast analogy and the rugby analogy is purely because it's important that we look at the functional movement that is causing their pain.
