You have to get clear on what you're willing to part with. Be aware of, like, your fixed cost so i think about with the spekle,. For example, we have kind o two sides tof the business. We have the sales and marketing side. En they are, there's a direct r o i to those rolls. And so whenever we are hiring a new al under one of those categories, one of those departments, if we have to be really clear on like, how does this person generate revenue? How does thisperson generate a a return on what we are going to pay them?
