I feel like I experienced a lot of seasonal stuff, right? Like I've like, I respond a lot to sunlight and how much sunlight I'm getting. How does that play into it? Is there a natural rhythm to that throughout the year in terms of like your hormones sleep? Cause prior to electricity, I'm sure people are just sleeping more in the winter time. So yeah, definitely as seasons go and change. And I think it's important to listen to that.
