Writing Like You Talk

The more you write, the more you will understand and embrace your own writing voice. Voice is the way that something sounds in the head of a reader when they read something that you've written. A writing voice that works for me or that is my voice is going to be specific to me. You can get there by emulating what some of your favorite writers do.
