Some people call me the Godfather, the father and functional training. And it's not either or it's not black and white. It's a continuum. Some things are more appropriate for the activity you're trained for and some things aren't. The highest transfer to being a fast swimmer is getting the water and swim. Everything we do out of the water is designed to be for them to be able to be more efficient in the water.
