The Importance of a Deal Desk
A lot on enterprise accounts is like, is there like this was a standard deal this was super custom so it's a red flag to look into it and make sure everything's accounted for. But I think the way you prevent it from happening is we use a deal desk to bring all of our solutions together amongst the entire team. Everybody kind of puts their fingerprints on the deal to make sure that if we actually did this. Can we effectively bill for all the things that we said we could do. And only take and only present that solution to the client when all those checkboxes are done now this.
