The Evolution of the Seismic Business Plan
One of the key objectives with this program was to ensure that we were establishing a common language almost a Rosetta stone if you will. So that has been a big rally cry and something that everybody could align to across the organization independent of department independent of manager independent of executive sponsor. We are now one quarter into this program and we've learned so much the acceleration that has happened in the past 90 days has been phenomenal. It's moving really, really fast and we're learning a lot. And it's also a great opportunity to learn a little bit more about change management and about how we navigate a big program like this across across the company.
