What Is the Long Term Impact of No Sleep?

Every major disease that seems to be killing us in the developed world has significant links, many of them, causal to a lack of sleep. People who report getting less than seven hours of sleep a night are almost three times more likely to become infected by the rhino virus or the common cold. One week of short sleep will actually decrease the amount of test ostrone that a man has ad so much so that by the end of one week, the test ostron levels are that of some one ten years their senior.
