A lot of the non-technical roles, it can be really difficult to overly emphasize on how a person will actually be able to do in the job. So instead for most of my interviews, I actually speak very, very little about how will you solve this problem? What was the hardest challenge you've ever faced or anything like that? A key piece there is really kind of how we build up this mental model of how this person behave in certain situations.
