Over use injuries is like, ak, youv exceeded your ability to recover from the work you're doing. I think it's just usually, from my experience climbing, i had elbow issues climbing. It was brought on by climbing er. Maybe your uper body needs less, but maybe your lower body an can tolerate more. Just like thats why i always stick with the minimum effect of doseif if i'm ever coaching somebody. The most important thing is that the person is making progress. If it hasn't, the first proticle would be to reduce the amount of work they were doing.
