With social media and all these other things on line, everyone is trying to won up everyone else's stories. This creates this one upmanship that i think can be really negative for our own well being. There's a lot of nice research that shows that social media can actually lead us to be depressed and lonely. But the same son, we probably don't consider ourselves li evenit's not exactly true. We're just sort of reconstructing that story. People are going to be more engaged with what we're talking about if it's a better story. I was doing a speaking of that recently, and they had water, like they usually do, but it was water in a box.
