Glossier created a slack group for some of the people who were much more influential and much more into their brand. They asked those people for feedback on formulations, packaging,. design colors for their make-up range. So there was real listening and real kind of value at happening in those feedback loops. And so they almost acted as a highly motivated distribution network, kind of marketing channel for them - which i think is really interesting.
