A basic skin care routine should include three pillars, cleanse, treat and protect. For example, is it a goal to treat egima or acne? Or is it to hydrate your dry skin better, or prevent premature aging? This is not to say you need to turn your skin into some porless, blemish free surface. It's about setting goals to help you feel confident with the skin you have.
