The Effects of Resistance Starch on the Immune System

I think our nervous system plays a bigger role than we think in our immune system and the balance between the systems. I've eaten more fiber than you can ever imagine. And I did not get the effect from butyrate. But if you want to notice it, 40 grams and upper dosage until you notice it has a very powerful effect. For me, based on my sleep cycle, I kind of feel like the optimal time is around 3pm. That's with me because I'm waking up now maybe like 9 o'clock. So 3pm is a good time. It also depends on how to move through your gut.
