Abramovich study found ADHD compared with non-ADHD controls had a lot more intrusive slash worrisome thoughts. Perfectionism emerged as the most common cognitive distortion for adults with ADHD. People are never in the mood to do homework, housework, yard work, income taxes we may do them but it's usually out of exclusion well there's nothing else to do right now I might as well do this now.
