Sleep in Mindfulness - What Are Your 3 Things?
In the modern kind of Western based pace of life, mindfulness is a rotation away from quote unquote busyness and excessive doing. Those would definitely be two that I would say as a horseshoe's approach would be to enhance in those two directions. What's your third one? Nutrition seems almost like a throw away, but our brain is chemistry, electricity and tissue. And so nutrition and hydration are the substrate of that. So making sure that that's dialed in is significantly important.
