Every choice we make is either going to help us get closer to what we say we want, or it's going to prevent us from getting closer. So how do you think about helping someone change their behavior? The first question is always going to be, why? Why do you want to do that? Riht, because to make change, it's hard. You are going to have to make really hard choices over and over and over again if you want to see a certain outcome.
