How to Sleep Better

Spend at least an hour outdoors in daylight each day, more as often better than that. If you're trying to shift your clock and therefore your sleep, be physically active at those times of day when you're getting daylight. The optimal time for performance in most activities is in the late biological afternoon - probably five to six hours before bed.
