Atomic Habits is a book about building habits. Author James Carville says it takes 65 to 70 days roughly to build a new habit. Over the course of a year, if you add in a new habit every 65 to70 days, this year, over the next 12 months, you could add in five new habits. It's easier to start with one than it is with five.
