Cortisol is good, and inflammation as well. It can be good. We need both. If it's in abundance, if we have too much stress, then that leads to damaging effects on the brain, the body and our spiritual system. You test for all that stuff, like inflammatory biomarkers and the like. But remember athletes train in seasons. So a lot of them are during, you know, the off season, they get a really big break. And then when you look at the NBA season, the playoffs is when they're traveling to two or three cities a week. That's when they're chronically stressed.
