Are You Tracking Your Sleep?

I'm not a morning person. I get up early. My best thinking time is between, they say 4am to 9am. So there's not very many times that I've passed seven in my entire life. Even if I go to bed late, my circadian life's hard, get up. But I taught myself how to go back to sleep. And then I don't need naming meals as convenience for restaurants so they know what to serve you. It doesn't matter what you eat, where you are, or whatever. This idea that you're fueling your body for the day, just not true.
