Building Muscle Is a Big Part of Fat Loss
Berta: Muscle building is a big part of just getting your physique to look the way you wanted to. With fat loss phases, there's a set plan in regard to how they're going to do it. But then when it comes to the muscel building side of things, it's, i guess, a of that structure is is lost. Berta: It takes about 24 months for most folks to build a significant amount of muscle.
