I try to have just some goals for my life, whether it's if I want to write a book, I try to break that in. There's a great app called reporter and it asks you to chime in every day on how you're doing on your goals. And so when we talk or I will get a tax like, Hey man, how are you doing on that? It's probably 20 seconds it takes just to type some numbers, but then you can pull up a report of how you'redoing.
