The Only Sterile I Need to Function Is Clesteral
The only sterile i need to function is colestral. Aren't ot any plant steriles. Why would i want a human to ever absorb the plants sterile? They would get in a way? Could they even be toxic? You know? So evolution must have figured out they were, so evolution made sure our intestine did not absorb pido steros. There's data to show that pido steriles, on a per molecule basis, are probably more athrogenic than callesteral. But again, the people who just so focused on lowering l d l, callestra, don't even entertain it. Won't even look at or o. Dismiss it as nonsense,
