The Absorption and Bioavailability of Ferrosemide in Decompensated States

The first study was published in 1985 by Vasco et al. and it included just 11 patients with heart failure. And they found that when compensated, ferrosemide absorption was faster and the peak plasma concentration was higher. This finding was actually confirmed by a later study. They found little difference in the total absorption of ferrose mide between the compensated and decompensated states.
