He was doing this like again, maybe four to five days a week running time off because of stress and highly competitive graduate school programs. Now we haven't actually touched any power work. It was all capacity work. And so when you talk about capacity work with neuro muscular general speed or aerobic support, capacity means you are doing the thing at a very high speed or faster than race pace.
