Putting More Force Into the Ground
David Pogue was able to put more force into the ground in a very short period of time. And we've seen the same thing in a lot of even proficient sprint athletes. What they need to do to run really fast is common enough that identifying where they deviate and what they're not doing optimally is pretty easy because we've done it so much. Just change the mechanics. Boom, he's faster.
