The idea of drawing the box, i think it's a great metaphor. How do you draw the right box? How have you learned to do this and to make the box appropriate for the person you're talking to is at? I think there are two pieces to this. The first one is understanding the company strategy very, very deeply. And knowing their strength and weaknesses will help you draw the box in a way that is the right size and the right focus area for your particular report.
