On the content side, yeah, like we're conversion is get people in for free and often show them those pro features that you know they can turn into a paying user but as many users as possible. There's not a clear category for us like we're grabbing from a bunch of different categories like customer success uses scribe to send a quick one off guide or to make an FAQ or to build like a knowledge based article. We luckily we've aligned pretty well but we definitely made decisions overlike the last three or four months to go in the direction of the people who have actually used the product rather than just our best guesses on who this will be at your company.
