What's the Problem With Automation?

A lot of people think that if I just put something up, it's good enough. But then you want to start looking at, okay, how do I improve it? So as software is becoming more robust and able to have complex conversations, it allows us to comply with that. Anything you've done three times or more, you can figure out how to automate it. It's the things that you do repeatedly that you just don't need to do every time same way.
