The diurnal cortisol pattern, it's like we're liberating our stored fuels during the day primarily. Our bodies are primed to use what we have stored during the day. And also at night, why would we be hungry? But also, isn't the GI tract revved up during the day? Is it first dialysis? Really, you know, first dialysis and everything is really revved up. It actually slows down maybe two couple of hours before our bedtime. The idea is, yes, we should start eating and then eat everything within eight to 10 hours maximum 12.
