It's going to make it harder for managers to give the tough feedback that is ultimately what is going to help the individual grow and the organization be in a better place. I would say we've not cracked the nut on the idea of stop focusing on the season, on the event and focus way more on throughout the year. Just have good performance coaching conversations.
