How to Improve an Error in a Technique
The body prefers stability over instability so it could be that the narrow is very stable and the body doesn't change to what you provided. One easy way or easy way to to try to improve those errors is by destabilizing the error that you feed the error. If somebody's always going into knee valgus and actually new that knee valgus is really stable because she's just hanging into passive structures in a valgus position then they can start landing with one foot at a slightly higher elevation rather than asking for knees over your toes.
