Skiing is a way to stay in the mountains whether it's at altitude or um Somewhere that gets very snowy. Most days for me will be pretty much just endurance based and Uh more on the easy side And I'll just be going up and down the mountain kind of doing laps. In the summer here too because I start doing so much vertical training that A lot of it tends to be hiking with poles. But then if you think about it you're spending the majority of the whole day just going uphill on schema like all you're doing It's just going uphill and feels harder than running.
